Not our first experience with Perry. And when we need to sell or buy again, Perry is the only person I would call. Perry is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He understands the market, the influences, mindset of buyers and sellers. He is realistic about the whole process - no false hopes. He also looked to maximize our price when selling the house. And he is excellent with the details and is respectful to the property and clients on both sides of the sale. For example: He brought a vacuum to clean the carpet after every showing! He personally drove to Lowes and picked up extra doors to complete a sale. He is always available as needed. He works so well in complicated situations - like multiple sellers for one property - and 2 were out of state! He is Trustworthy and genuinely a nice guy. Thank you, Perry

As always, the Professionalism of Real Estate One employees and their affiliates are second to none. This especially holds true with our realtor, Perry Rue. Perry is not only professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable, but just one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We love the fact that Perry is so down to earth, is the only realtor that we’ve ever heard of that will actually do manual labor, in order to get a home ready to sell and has never failed to follow through with everything that we’ve needed. We can go on and on about Perry, but the best compliment that we can give him, is that this was the third home that Perry has sold for us, in the last eighteen months. Perry is not your typical realtor. Not only is he very professional, personable, knowledgeable; he is a genuinely a good and kind person, who we will always consider a friend. We had meals together, countless phone interactions and we even went shopping together one day when he introduced us to a really neat store that seems to carry everything for the DIY crowd for good prices. He never treated us like a paycheck, he genuinely believes in building relationships first, which is a great, but rare quality for a realtor! What other realtor would bring over his own equipment and power wash our patio, just to help out, as we were running behind in moving out of our house, due to illness and our closing was fast approaching! What other realtor would be available seven days a week until midnight, if need be? What other realtor would volunteer to take paperwork over to the Township offices after closing, not only ours, but the buyer’s also? We have close friends that are realtors, that we didn’t hire, because we know there lifestyles and that wasn’t conducive to what we needed to accomplish our goals. We were truly lucky and blessed to have met Perry! We liked and trusted him from the moment we met him, because he was down to earth and never treated us like a “used car sales person” We have and will continue to recommend Perry to anyone who mentions that they need a realtor!
