Robin is as wonderful in her concierge service as the sauna experience is itself. We are regular customers and she takes the very best care of us imaginable. Love the benefits of the sauna and the facility is nice. However yesterday the door to my sauna would not close and I was not offered a different suite (I had to request one). This was mildly disruptive to my experience but I was accommodated with a new suite upon my request.

I love the private rooms with showers & televisions. It’s complete luxury! Prespire Sauna is at top of my self-care list. I feel great when I leave. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. The studio is very clean.
