Robin always delivers the best concierge service. We make this our regular date and she plays a big role in how satisfying the experience is. As an aside, we wish you had many more HOOKS on the walls in the sauna rooms to hang our belongings. I even thought of installing some ourselves, but don't worry we won't. But wish owners would do so! Otherwise 5 star experience.

Enjoyed my visit to this studio; the staff was extremely helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Studio was extremely clean and the hand towel with Eucalyptus was icing on the cake. That small touch really elevated the entire experience and left me feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly Recommend!
