Excellent customer service--that's a generic statement but it's true! I signed up for a membership for a few months to help with an injury and I only ever received really friendly service. It made the experience so good that I know I'll be back (:
Robin is as wonderful in her concierge service as the sauna experience is itself. We are regular customers and she takes the very best care of us imaginable. We are so grateful for her attention to detail and consistent kindness. It is a privilege to know her and have the sauna experience at Perspire.
The studio is consistently clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Big thanks to Robin for excellent customer service-it truly makes a difference!
I really enjoy the experience and it helps me to relax/disconnect. The amenities are great, scheduling through the app is easy, staff is friendly, know me and make me feel welcome.
Love the benefits of the sauna and the facility is nice. However yesterday the door to my sauna would not close and I was not offered a different suite (I had to request one). This was mildly disruptive to my experience but I was accommodated with a new suite upon my request.
I love the private rooms with showers & televisions. It’s complete luxury! Prespire Sauna is at top of my self-care list. I feel great when I leave. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. The studio is very clean.
