Love the benefits of the sauna and the facility is nice. However yesterday the door to my sauna would not close and I was not offered a different suite (I had to request one). This was mildly disruptive to my experience but I was accommodated with a new suite upon my request.

I love the private rooms with showers & televisions. It’s complete luxury! Prespire Sauna is at top of my self-care list. I feel great when I leave. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. The studio is very clean.

I hated this studio. Experience/cleanliness was nowhere near the others. I frequented west lake because of how Robin ran that location- tight details, warm environment, friendly from start to finish, and a consistent experience ALWAYS. Robin replicated that same experience to the triangle and 100% flipped this location to go in the right direction. Sincerely impressed by all that she does and so very much appreciate the heart she puts in everything. I hope she is recognized for the impact she has in this region and how she is able to shift the culture for the better. As a manager myself, Perspire is lucky to have her and I (or someone else) will gladly sweep her up for her outstanding execution.

It was easy to schedule, check in, and I enjoyed 50 minutes of relaxation without anyone bothering me. The cool eucalyptus towel was really nice. Also, I enjoyed having plenty of options for movies and music.

The sauna experience is awesome. Equally wonderful though is the consistently warm reception and great service we receive from Robin. Would appreciate more hooks in the sauna studio rooms to hang things. Thank you!
