The showers. Having access to a private shower is key to my coming to the Sauna. One example is when I'm downtown I usually pop into the Co-Op afterwards and I wouldn't do that if I didn't have the option to wash after a session before going into a public store.

Just a pure joy to come to my sauna sessions! This facility is impeccably clean and their staff (especially Jasmine!!) takes care of every detail from a warm, friendly welcome to making sure your sauna suite is at the right temp with the right video/audio options on upon entering! So happy to have them on my health journey!

I really loved the fact that the rooms are private and you have your own space to relax and sauna. I watched some Netflix, while using mood lights and red light therapy. Being able to shower is an added bonus afterwards. Very clean and professional space. Jordan was so helpful offering a water with electrolytes and giving me a tour. I loved the experience so much I signed up for a membership. Great experience!

I love all the services provided. Everything is clean and the staff is so kind. I was nervous about my first session but once I got there, the front desk person took me around and gave me all the information I needed. I have a great experience and will definitely be going back.
