Location is easy to get to. Making an appointment was fairly easy. Staff were friendly and provided detailed instructions. I had enough privacy, I was able to control the temperature. Overall I would recommend this experience.

I've gone to other Perspire locations in Illinois and my experience at the Brookfield location was amazing! I came in on a Saturday afternoon and whoever was working the front desk that day (i don't remember her name) was so sweet and helpful. I tried halotherapy for the first time and she explained everything so well on the benefits and how it works. The fact that two of the rooms have showers in them is so amazing because neither of the locations I regularly go to do and I feel like that's the biggest flaw of them. Everything was super clean and I just had the best experience. I wish I lived in Wisconsin so this location could be my home location:/

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The location was very clean and had a nice amenities. I liked all of the small touches, like the cards explaining benefits of the different lights, the cold towel for after the session, the television for entertainment, hooks to hang your things, and the assortment of towels for use in the sauna. I had a great first experience!
