I really enjoy the sauna experience. Everything is spotlessly clean and the saunas are very comfortable and modern. I like being able to relax and drink water and watch TV- something I rarely have time to do! And it’s nice to follow up with the ice cold shower and cooling towel. It feels like a very luxurious indulgence and I leave feeling so refreshed. Thank you!

I love everything about this place! The best 40 minutes to relax and enjoy the benefits the options provide for your health. Having the option of a room with a shower so you can clean up real quick and go about your day if you aren't able to stop back by home is a big added convenience. Very clean, very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Refunds for when things aren’t working and the personalization makes me never want to do a gym/public sauna again.

Friendly staff who explained things well since it was my first visit. Facility was clean & I felt comfortable in my sauna room. I don’t like lots of heat so was able to turn down temperature & open the door when I got too hot. I will have to have more sessions to get comfortable. I have never been to anything like this before so will have to go again to see what red light therapy results I get. If a person has any breathing problems I would recommend trying the halo therapy. I will use it next time.
