Great customer service. Refunds for when things aren’t working and the personalization makes me never want to do a gym/public sauna again.

Friendly staff who explained things well since it was my first visit. Facility was clean & I felt comfortable in my sauna room. I don’t like lots of heat so was able to turn down temperature & open the door when I got too hot. I will have to have more sessions to get comfortable. I have never been to anything like this before so will have to go again to see what red light therapy results I get. If a person has any breathing problems I would recommend trying the halo therapy. I will use it next time.

I enjoy the quiet calm all to myself. It is very relaxing. I enjoy being able to find a video to watch while I relax. The 40 minutes goes by way too fast. All the staff I have come in contact with have been very pleasant.
