It’s a very clean studio. The individual Infrared sauna suites are fantastic. I love the attached shower with the option of an ice cold shower. It’s very relaxing with lots of health benefits. I would definitely recommend it

Extremely relaxing experience from beginning to end. Kristen was super nice and helpful, made feel comfortable and explained everything very clearly. The shower was better than expected, it was my first time trying a cold plunge and the SNØ shower was super energizing. The complimentary water, electrolytes packet, and eucalyptus towel was a great touch. Truly above and beyond, I've already been recommending to all my family and friends! 10/10
