Dear Friends,
I want to congratulate you on your facilities and your professional and always friendly staff.
I have been a big fan of Perspire at your Montvale and now Closter facilities.
The infrared Sauna Sessions have become part of my routine and have helped me relax and sleep better. I thank you for that and the hospitality I always receive from your team

I had such an excellent experience, the lovely young women who was working the front desk this morning was absolute delight , extremely kind and informative. The experience itself in the private infrared sauna was absolutely relaxing and relieving. My body and mood before and after was night & day. I felt like an entirely new person, and felt so zen & relaxed. As soon as I left the Perspire, I called my mom & friends to immediately share my lovely experience & from them to check Perspire out! 10/10 highly recommend
