I love that the room is very dry even though my body is drenched with sweat. The dry glass allows me to watch my favorite YouTube videos. I love being able to shower at the end when I get a room with a shower.

The property's interior is so well designed with nice aesthetics. Each studio is unencumbered and comfortable. Charlie at the front desk is an excellent representative who explains thoroughly the features and functions of the equipment. His calm demeanor makes you feel relayed and welcomed. The sauna is perfect for achieving that healthy sweat. The quality of the towel service makes the tops off the experience, especially the small cooling towel

The environment and customer service makes this place stand out; the sauna, red light therapy, and salt emission was truly an experience you have to try. The Wellness/health benefits are significant and the atmosphere makes it enjoyable and very relaxing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to give an excellent rating to Persphires Sauna Studio. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every visit a pleasant experience. The facility is clean, neat, and well-maintained, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. As someone who was new to sauna therapy, I wasn’t sure what to expect during my first visit, but it has been a very satisfying experience from the start. After each session, I feel refreshed, energized, and rejuvenated. I’ve also noticed that my skin has become smoother since I started coming here regularly. Overall, Persphires Sauna Studio has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their wellness and enjoy a relaxing sauna experience.

The Entire Staff is professional and very knowable, Nice to meet the owner JINX who has so much knowledge about the benefits as well as the membership. She is always there:-D I upgraded my membership already to unlimited. Favorite Staff Member is Emma! I see her more them the others and she is always friendly and has my sauna set up to my liking! Very happy with PRESPIRE 4S Common - Rancho Bernardo location ( San Diego)

First, the owner, Jing, is absolutely amazing. She is kind, welcoming, and genuinely wants her customers to have the best possible experience. The staff was also knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. After my first visit, I felt incredible. My skin felt so soft, refreshed, and truly clean. The entire experience left me feeling rejuvenated. I am officially hooked! I've already scheduled my next three visits, and I've even invited my husband to come and experience it for himself. I can't recommend 4S Perspire enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like the rooms, staff, and decor. I did. It like that the speakers in the sauna was having issues so when I played lofi music or different frequency music I would hear the issue. I had to look for several videos to change the time
