The staff are warm and friendly and the atmosphere provides a welcoming ambiance. The room infrared sauna rooms are amazingly relaxing and each suit is individual use. Highly recommend.

Preferences are saved and ready in your reserved sauna each time. I saw results after my 1st session...(with a skin issue I was having). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
