Stocked refrigerator with hydrating drinks and water refill station. Staff member Kai provided excellent customer service. I'm a first time customer. I called the facility after finding out that another location did not have any availability for the night. I didn't get an answer, but Kai called me back even though I didn't leave a voicemail. I swung by to check it out and Kai was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. His customer service skills should be noted. I ended up enrolling in a membership. Thank you, Kai!
