Friendly staff, quiet and peaceful rooms, clean facilities and relaxing environment. I have been using Perspire sauna and red light therapy for about 6 months and can say it helps with recovery.

This business is friendly, efficient, clean, and streamlined for the process of a medical dose of an infrared light sauna and a hot-cold contrast shower. This is where true health can be obtained proven by studies that I researched before I tried out Perspire. Thank you for being in our area, so this health resource is available to me.
