The suites are private and very clean. I like that you can book your suite ahead of time. The tvs with wired in speakers are a nice added touch. The showers and towel service are great - easy to workout next door, enjoy a sauna session, and get ready all in the same spot with privacy and efficiency.

I enjoyed everything about it. I do want to come back. The sauna with the red light therapy was amazing I also enjoyed the cold plunge.
