Customer service is outstanding. Lily was willing to answer all my questions about the different plans and what to expect during a visit. Yasmine helped me finalize app on my phone and showed me a room and how to operate everything. When I came in later for my appointment, the same girls welcomed me and got me all set up. I felt very pampered.

Lillie at the SeaCliff LA Fitness location was extremely helpful and patient with me, discussing the various options available. Lillie's friendly, no pressure approach and amazing customer service was my deciding factor in signing on.
