Customer service is outstanding. Lily was willing to answer all my questions about the different plans and what to expect during a visit. Yasmine helped me finalize app on my phone and showed me a room and how to operate everything. When I came in later for my appointment, the same girls welcomed me and got me all set up. I felt very pampered.

Lillie at the SeaCliff LA Fitness location was extremely helpful and patient with me, discussing the various options available. Lillie's friendly, no pressure approach and amazing customer service was my deciding factor in signing on. Everything!! From the first time I walked in with the $20 offer till today was my last day only because I am on a budget but I love the bathroom lighting. I love the private rooms and the awesome towels and there was enough so thank you very much!! I love the staff and how kind and friendly they were when I came in. Rarely did I have to wait for my room so that was a very wonderful experience!! And 40 minutes is quite a long time to be in a red inferred Sauna and the best thing of all was that eucalyptus face cloth so thank you, thank you thank you!!
