This infrared spa is my lifeline to staying healthy and grounded. The people are amazing, the spa is spotless, and they are always adding thoughtful touches to the experience. They recently added affirmation cards to each room by the eucalyptus cold cloths as you dress and undress. Forever grateful this spa is here. Thank you!

I like that the people who work there are very friendly and it is clean always. The only thing I did not like is being told back in the end of January that my rate would always be 160 a month when asked if I should buy more of the gift certificates in order to have that rate. Obviously, this was a huge misunderstanding between the manager and myself, but I do know what I heard. This was not a fair situation in my opinion, but I would not have let it keep me from returning. I only live here five months a year so I just paid the 199 per month twice. I just wish they would have honored what I was told.

Wow. Seems to be more effective than a standard dry sauna. My body was sweating quickly -
Regular sauna requires about 160° to activate fully body sweat. I think I could set this to 135° and still have a very effective sauna session.
My only thing is I think it would be nice to have a quiet room with no music or noise and totally disconnect from all input for the 40 minutes.
Other than that… it’s great. Some days I can use the Bluetooth for my own personal music choices.
Be sure to use a dry towel to gently keep wiping down as you sweat.
2nd suggestion is to wear the cool wet towel over your face to help keep you cool or… just fold it to cover your eyes to help them stay moist as your body begins it’s cleansing and sweat cycle. It does wonders for eliminating inflammation throughout your body and joints. I did physical therapy the next day with a fully body stretch and range of motion increased at least 15% after one session on all stretches and a 20% increase in range of motion in other areas. I’m guessing that this sauna service could work a lot of relief for those suffering from joint issues and mobility problems. Not sure why medical services don’t recommend this to their patients and why it’s not a fsa or medically covered and recommended service. A 15% increase in motion is huge. 20% is like a miracle.

Your studio and the opportunity to come for 40 minutes of uninterrupted self care is priceless. The quality of the experience, consistency of the room preparation and cleanliness, combined with the flat screens that I can access breathwork, meditation videos, etc. is so appreciated. Final note - the team members are always helpful, prepared and positive. I love going. Your studio actually helped me walk through an extremely difficult time in life - so thank you. 🙏🏽
