It was very clean inside, I find that the heaters get really dusty and this one was nice. The room had nice air quality and air flow and felt safe. I thought about it now after my comment and giggled to myself. I like Halo , however at this location halo feels out of place since the studio is on the ocean in the marina. Super salt air.

Courtney at the desk was so friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. She explained everything so well that was easy to understand. Love the Halogherapy. Studio is so close to my house too, I can walk!

I love how I feel after my session. Esp with the inclusion of the SNO shower. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Going to the sauna is my favorite part of my day. Only thing I would recommend is a trash can inside the rooms as I have hair that comes off in the shower that I’d love to have a place to throw out and my husband sometimes has contacts he needs to get rid of. Would just be a nice addition. Otherwise, everything is wonderful!

I like that. The sauna is clean, and in a very nice environment. I like the option for the snow shower instead of a cold plunge, and I like that. The entertainment offering are sync into the sauna, and that the sauna actually gets hot, unlike some other places.
