I'm having major hip, knee and back issues. This seems to be the only therapy that gives me relief. Plus, I'm able to burn calories by turning up the. Heat. I turn YouTube on massage/meditation music, sit back, close my eyes and enjoy 40 minutes of serenity Another plus, all the staff is amazing!
