I really enjoy my sessions at Perspire! The suite is always clean and inviting when I arrive, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The saunas have lots of preferences for various lighting, infrared lights, heat temps, and bluetooth to play music or watch tv. The showers are also a bonus, whether you want to cold plunge afterward or just shower at the end of your session.

The facility was immaculate. Leah was very knowledgeable about red light therapy and the facility in general. I enjoyed our conversation and the knowledge she shared. She was very engaging and positive. I felt like I was in a luxurious spa and loved the ability to customize my experience.

The facility is spotless clean and the sauna felt amazing. Staff was very helpful explaining everything. One thing that probably nothing can be done about is people entering the facility to be quiet. I wish prices were lower for a hour-the price of gas and food nowadays makes me not want to commit on a monthly basis. Will be back and going to tell my daughter and husband to get me a gift card for birthday etc. My skin looked great and I felt wonderful after my session.
