I LOVE using perspire! the staff is always warm and welcoming. Nate has been very accommodating on letting me pause my membership after a surgery! my sauna is always set up to my liking and always clean. I feel confident it is clean. Thats important!!! But i love coming there. It really helps my arthritis. I recommend Perspire to everyone. and I appreciate all of the hard work and training the employees go thru to make this a really good fit for me.

Relaxing. I was glad I could watch a movie while I relaxed. I have asthma and regular saunas aggravate it. This felt like a traditional sauna but I could breathe just fine. I like that I have the ability to control the temperature, time, and lighting for my preferences. The staff was friendly and helpful.

You can pretty much walk in and book a session without a reservation on any given day. I appreciate the time flexibility if I arrive early or am running late, the studio always accommodate. I love the options of different rooms with larger saunas. I enjoy the Bluetooth connectivity to be able to watch or listen to what I want. Management has always honored my discounted rate for memberships otherwise I don't think I would pay full price.
