All of it! The individual rooms, the ability to come any time that works for me, the shower, the cool towl waiting for me, the tv/sound in the sauna, the high quality finishes...I could go on and on. Very luxe feel and I love it.

I love the shower in the same room. My previous experience with another facility only had the infrared sauna with halo so I had to drive home sweaty. I like the fact I can shower after and not feel uncomfortable driving home. The TV with the YouTube was a nice touch as well.

Perspire has become a safe haven for my husband and I - we absolutely love our sessions and will do anything to fit them into our very busy schedules as 2 full time working parents with young children. I highly recommend this studio and treatment to others.

Everything! The spacious, clean suite welcomes you to a serene, relaxing, "sauna soak." I love that you get plenty of time to relax, sweat, and then take a shower (also in your private suite). Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and a cold washcloth are at the ready once you step out of your sauna experience.

Kate was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as this was my first visit. Everything is so clean.And getting to spend 40 minutes relaxing, listening to whatever music or watching a show was great. I have neuropathy in my feet and nothing relieves the pain but I could feel the stiffness in my joints loosing and the inflammation settling as I relaxed.
