The staff was very professional and courteous! Allison was so helpful in explaining the process, she walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. I love the private suites! The sauna was so comfort and I’m excited about the red light benefits. Perspire is an awesome place to be if you’re looking to get healthier and live well.

I absolutely love this place! The infrared sauna experience is amazing, but what truly makes it stand out is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and always smiling—it genuinely makes you feel good being there. Honestly, the team is the main reason I decided to become a member. I also really appreciate having a private room where you can fully unwind and relax. Everything is super clean, the atmosphere is calming, and the overall experience is just… wow. Highly recommend!
