The saunas are amazing, the rooms and tv's are comfortable and entertaining, the staff is friendly and accommodating, everything is so clean and the eucalyptus towels at the end are the perfect ending to a good sweat. I highly recommend Perspire and especially love the Paradise Valley location!!

The staff is AMAZING and the facility is always clean. This place always feels therapeutic to me and I appreciate it. I went to another location in California and IT WAS NOT THE SAME so definitely made me appreciate my home Perspire even more.

A very clean, individual sauna that is ready to enter as they ask the temperature you like to have it set prior to your arrival. It’s so great with the towels provided, And I absolutely love the eucalyptus soaked washcloth provided after one exits the sauna!

I was welcomed in by the receptionist who was kind, congenial, and informative. The interior of the building was upscale and beautifully designed. Having never previously experienced Red light sauna therapy, I was delighted with the sense of healing and peace I received from the introductory 40 minutes. This was well worth the price and would highly recommend the state of the art technology and health benefits.
