Enjoyed the entire experience. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Would be nice to have regular water available to fill your water bottle after the sauna, to help with hydration.

I just had my first session with my husband and I am telling ALL my friends about it! The facility is pristinely clean. Grace was very kind and answered all our (many) questions. The feeling afterward is hard to describe; relaxed but also refreshed and energized. Bought a membership on the spot! Looking forward to feeling even better as time goes on.

I love the saunas, staff, cleanliness and how accommodating Perspire is. The saunas are fabulous, the room set up is also great! I feel so relaxed when I enter the room, but even more relaxed when I leave. I highly recommend Perspire to anyone!

I love how personal it feels! It felt private, easy and clean. I have already recommended it to several friends. I do think it would be nice to have a few rooms available for people who do not want to look at a tv screen while in the sauna.
