It is easy to use! Very Clean! I love that we have showers available to us. The staff has been very accommodating.

So far, I've been pleased by experience. The staff recognizes me and directs me to my room, which is usually ready to go with the Sauna already heating up. The experience is pleasant and relaxing. My only complaint is that it takes a long time for sauna to get up to max temp and is usually just reaching it by the end of the session.

Love the endorphin rush after my session! Staff is friendly and welcoming and facilitates are super clean. Love trying the different options- halo therapy when I have allergies is a lifesaver and I’m really excited about the red light therapy. Overall very happy with my experience so far!

I am so glad we have this beautiful, clean facility in our neighborhood where we are greeted by friendly people. Each time I use the infrared sauna I feel great. I only started to fight with my recent health problems but I am keeping my membership.

The staff put the temperature to my personal settings before I get there. That is helpful. I get in and get the full heat in 30 minutes of my session. They know me by name and always say hello and smile at me.

Love the red light therapy and sauna combo. Having a TV with Netflix makes the time go by fast. Nice to have my own shower to rinse off after too!!

The staff is super nice and I just love the sauna experience! And I’m lucky that I got the pre-opening membership prices. Very well worth it. Love the showers, red light therapy, sauna alone and the tv! Overall great
