I've noticed at this particular location it's not up to par lately. The restroom without the shower has a broken toilet, the bathroom with the guest shower has a broken/nonfunctioning conditioner dispenser and I have to take the top off to use it. There have been several occasions I've used the shower and there's long hair in the drain and sometimes on the wall (a nasty customer) and I will get a napkin and remove hair. This should be checked after every usage. Recently room number 6 (member room with shower was broken - apparently a customer broke it before I arrived, so I couldn't use it) - maybe consider giving new customers a tutorial on how to turn on shower so this doesn't happen again. Although I find it hard to believe how some people can't figure this out for themselves. The towels are starting to become old and should be replaced with new fluffy towels - even the small face cold towels have that overused smell to them now.
