I had to change my appointment at the last minute. The staff was very pleasant with the last minute change then I was running behind and had to give a call I was running a few minutes late and they were still pleasant and ready to assist. Great customer service was provide from the time I made the original appointment, changing of time and running behind. There was wait when we arrived we were able to come in take a quick tour and enjoyed our service. Many thanks to the staff!

Very friendly and polite. When I have had to cancel at the last minute due to my high blood pressure I was not charged which they could have easily done as per their protocol. I had to take a month off and suspend my account and they were so nice about it. They now have Halotherapy which I am amazed at! 15.00 extra but ya'll need to try it and you wont believe how great you will feel!

The atmosphere was nice and inviting, the staff was friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back to get a membership so I can enjoy the full experience more often. I was extremely relaxed after my session and felt a difference with my body.

Staff is always friendly, and room is always set to desired temperature. Very clean. Excellent towels. Shower availability after sauna. TV with streaming services is a great option. Everything is always clean and neat!

Very convenient, clean and pleasing environment, friendly and helpful staff, flexible schedule with openings that fit for me, easy to reschedule sessions when needed, have arm weights to use during session, the cold washcloth with eucalyptus to use near end of session and I always feel Better after a sauna session!
