Very convenient, clean and pleasing environment, friendly and helpful staff, flexible schedule with openings that fit for me, easy to reschedule sessions when needed, have arm weights to use during session, the cold washcloth with eucalyptus to use near end of session and I always feel Better after a sauna session!

The privacy, the temperature, the tv, The kindness of staff. And the fruit! But I really wish y’all could have a water fountain or other. I wouldn’t mind paying for water because sometimes I run out during my session and the price is to high to buy what you offer
