It was our first time in an infrared sauna. We really enjoyed the experience. The room was clean and the heat felt good. We were extremely relaxed afterwards.

I had such a great experience at Perspire Sauna! The place is super clean, the location is convenient, and the team is so friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable from the start and went out of their way to help with all my needs and requests. I especially love the red light therapy. After just two sessions, I already noticed a difference in how I felt. I’m excited to continue and see the benefits for my joint pain, inflammation, sleep, and anxiety. Overall, such a great experience, with amazing service and a wonderful team. I highly recommend Perspire Sauna to everyone! I’m so glad I found this place.

Very nice. Only advice… more hooks in the rooms and bathroom. Head rest in the sauna if you want to lay down.

Chrystal did a really great job at showing me around the studio and letting me know all that there was to offer what I like most about the Services is how sanitary it is considering most sauna spas have the plunge tubs!!! Crystal highlighted that and it literally lit a lightbulb in my head, I love the privacy, the energy in the ambience
