A session at Perspire is an indulgent experience every time. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the saunas are always at the perfect temperature. Regardless if you stream a show, listen to music or whatever..... know that you are doing such great things for your body during your session. I have never felt healthier since making infrared sauna a part of my wellness routine! Then when you step out to an ice cold eucalyptus towel..... I can't even find the words to describe how awesome it is!!! 5 star experience!!
