I love Perspire Studio in West Des Moines! The staff and the owner are wonderful, always friendly and helpful every time I have had questions. They are always quick to answer my questions and they're so kind. The studio is lovely, clean and the sauna rooms are set up perfectly with the tv and a cool cloth ready for me after my sauna is complete. It's the perfect little perk! I love this place. I wish it were closer to me, I would go 6 days a week!

First time at Perspire Sauna Studio and the experience was welcoming. From the greeting upon arrival to the end of the session service was top notch. The healthy drinks were very clutch post session for rehydration and recovery. Austin service was timely, accommodating and friendly providing great customer service. I forward to more future visits.
