First and foremost, the staff at my primary location is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you. They also ensure each sauna is cleaned after each use and keep the entire place clean. I’ve never seen a mess. Further, the products they sell are always orderly and “full” looking. I know these are small details, but I see these details on every visit and appreciate them. I really love the IR sauna. No steam, so you don’t have that humid sweat feeling. You feel much more refreshed with an IR sauna over a steam sauna in my opinion. Plus they give you those cool & refreshing towels for when you are done. Those things are amazing. Worth the entire session!
