Nice Warm welcoming environment. The private suites are very nice, modern, and equipped with high quality top of the line infrared technology, red light therapy, and the brand new nice shower system including cold contrast therapy is a nice bonus for those brave enough to embrace a rush of water at 45 degrees post a relaxing infrared session :) Lastly, the Sound system inside the infrared chamber offers a nice bonus of listening to your choice of music whilst your body sweats out toxins, and recovers from workouts. Can’t wait to return.

As soon as I walk in, I am greeted with respect and feel welcomed. Everyone is ready to help you then bring you inside your sauna room. Each session is set up exactly how you want it to be. I really recommend everyone to come and try it for themselves.
