The facilities are always so clean. I love that I can have my meditation channel pre-programmed and it's an oasis of peace in a hectic time. Staff is always lovely. I always encourage friends to check it out. I feel so much better after a session!!!

The saunas are absolutely hotter than a few months ago. Definitely upgraded! I love that it’s set to my preferred temp and the TV is already on my referred channel. The staff are so awesome also! It is my few minutes to myself weekly that I look forward to!

The customer service was extremely helpful and informative during my first visit. She took the extra time to go over the benefits of the services I was interested in. I could tell halfway through my session that I would sign up for a membership. 10/10 would recommend.
