I look forward to my weekly sessions because Perspire enables me to completely relax my tight muscles from a demanding desk job. The music videos on the large media screen enhance the experience and help pass the time and work as a diversion from the heat. Approximately a year ago I walked in the door seeking a solution to my stress levels, after my first session I went to my car and sat for a few minutes went back in and signed up! I started at 140 degrees and now I have worked up to 165, it’s great! It’s important to stay hydrated and they provide a refreshingly cool Eucalyptus towel . Hope you give it a try like I did!! Enjoy!

Lovely! Great set up with multiple individual rooms, staff attentive to clients. Very clean. Would have loved if there were access to a shower without a membership. Visited while traveling, but would definitely go regularly if there were one in my area.
