This branch (Winter Park) has been well-run. I never had an issue with cleanliness or otherwise. I will say the temperature's as of the last 6 months or so do not seem consistent. In other words 150' in one may be 160' in another. They should be better calibrated. Also, room 1 really needs to have the inside re-finished

I happened to walk-in and Alexis was so sweet and accommodating. Thankfully there was a lovely private room available. They have lots of packages to choose from as well as individual sessions. You have your own private suite with a door to lock you inside. The rooms are equipped with a tv, bench to sit or lay on. You can adjust the temperature to your liking and you can press the red light therapy button which I did. It was amazing and my body loves it! Looking forward to my next session!
