I'm very happy with the machines available to use, and the cheerfulness of the staff. Monday, I was trying to locate my glasses that had fallen under a treadmill. A nice young man stopped and asked if he could help. He picked up the end of the treadmill I had been using, and the glasses were not there. He picked up the treadmill closest to mine, and I was able to get my glasses. That was a worrying event, but with his cheerfulness and helpfulness, it made for a much brighter day. Thank you!

I've been a member for over a year now and Planet Fitness has been one of the better values I spend my money on each month. Many gyms I've been a member of in the past, the staff act like you're an inconvenience, particularly if you're not one of the befriended regulars. So far, I've yet to have a less-than-stellar experience with the staff. They're always friendly and treat you like a welcomed member. They acknowledge you when you're leaving and say goodbye. When you ask for help, they're happy (or great at acting) to assist. Also, despite being busy sometimes, you can usually get access to the equipment you need if not immediately, after a very short wait.

I actually see them cleaning around the gym, I never saw them do that at my old gym. Everything is always stocked up and the staff is very friendly.
