The cleanliness of the facility and the space to move around without bumping into other people trying to workout. Most of the the staff is friendly and helpful. Aside from a dripping AC unit and only one broken machine (a leg press machine), both minor things, I enjoy this PF location.

Makayla provides the best service because she always remembers me and schedules me for a massage chair session as soon as she sees me! This makes me feel valued as a customer knowing that the staff remembers me. The facility is also well maintained and clean, with doors on their changing cubicles, a plus plus!

I have the most basic monthly plan and seldom come in. That being said, I may never cancel as the facility is everything I need for those 20 minute visits a couple of times a month. On a per minute basis, it's the most expensive plan around, but this offers me the flexibility and availability I need. Thanks for making this happen.
