Could not have asked for better customer service. Originally stopped to see what needed to be done to my old and seldom used mountain bike and happen to see one of the rentals that was heavily discounted. When I asked about it all of the flaws were pointed out and stressed what could and would be changed out to make my ride even better. Left buying the bike and could not have left more satisfied. Have been by a couple of times and each time was asked if I was still happy which I overwhelmingly said YES!
