Great selection and availability of needed products and parts. Adam is a fantastic ambassador for your brand. On my most recent visit, I asked to buy a 5 NM torque wrench. He didn't have one to sell me, but let me take the shop's torque wrench home to finish my repair. That was super helpful and is an example of going above and beyond customers' expectations. Great job!

I sliced a tire open and had to replace it. Went over to Phat Tire in Bella Vista, they had the tire I needed and time to get it done quickly. I left my bike and went to get lunch and received a message informing me that it was done before I even finished lunch!! Super friendly staff and fantastic service! Highly recommend 👍

Cory was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. He took the time to explain everything fully and even looked for a tire that happens to be on backorder. The store was clean and well layed out. I will always shop at Phat Tire anytime I am in the Bella Vista area.

Visiting from Atlanta and our crew had flat tires, broken spikes, and broken carbon fiber rims. The team here took great care of us, getting us back on the trail as quickly as possible at reasonable prices . Thank you very much!

your folks are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They're very low pressure, which means that I can trust that if they recommend me a product, or a more expensive product, it's actually in my interest to do so. It's like having friends that own a bike shop; they're going to give me solid advice. Right now I wouldn't think of going to another bike shop unless they send me there. I'm certain all my needs will be met.

Everytime we go to Phat Tire BV we are treated with friendliness and respect. I took my Trek mtb in for an issue and Thomas was very helpful. He took care of my immediate need with my derailleur so that I could still ride in the Women of Oz ride that day. I also mentioned some challenges I was having with the bike and my riding and he recommended several options to improve the bike's build to help me. He helped me order the right parts and got me in for service very quickly. It is always a great experience going there. I never feel like I am imposing. I never feel intimidated (I am a 59 year old woman) and they always treat me with respect. Great job all around

Exceptionally friendly, helpful and competent service at the Bella Vista location for a shifting failure that appeared suddenly and was an important problem for me. Never want to have mechanical issues I can't solve but when they happen PT in BV will be the first place I go to for help.
