The staff at Phat Tire Bella Vista is very helpful. They were able to do a quick cassette replacement for me on the spot in about 10 minutes to get me back on the trails. I also rented a ebike for my son and it was great.

I am an out of town rider who had a service issue and was treated like I was part of their loyalty program. Felt very welcomed and supported by all their staff who are also a great resopurce for what trails to ride. Always best to check wit the locals :).

In my personal opinion, they have an extraordinarily strong team. They all seem to get along well and their knowledge of biking is incredible. Special shout out to the manager, and to my personal mechanic Thomas, for being great people. And there are other people there that I wish I could call out by name but I'm old and I forgot, everyone there is incredible
