I enjoyed the friendly service and expert advice. I don't know much about bikes but the employees were very knowledgable and willing to share best practices and answer even the most basic questions like how to properly operate the new bike pump I bought. Will definitely be coming back for any of my biking needs. Thanks everyone for relieving all the anxiety I had around cycling and making my experience enjoyable.

Sincerely friendly service. Competent service. Fast Service.
Not everyone in customer service is sincere in their smile and polite words. The guy that helped me seemed to truly desire to help me. And he did so with a sense of urgency, a willingness and patience with my questions (I had several), and competence with his tasks.
Not only would I recommend Phat Tire, but this specific location.

Twas the moment before Phat Phriday, and all through the store,
The products were displayed with care this day, and I couldn't have asked for more.
The Espresso Gu called out, and it's Siren Song lured me in,
I wanted that strong coffee bout, and that's when I heard it whisper "Ben.."
Nothing could satisfy this need of mine, till I scrolled the nutrition section,
It was that box of sugary caffeinated brine, and it gave me the energy and direction.
