I can’t say enough good things about Phat Tire Bike Shop in Bella Vista! They recently handled a motor change on my e-bike and took care of all the back-and-forth with Shimano for the warranty. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. The team here really knows their stuff and you can tell they care about their customers. Communication was excellent, and they kept me updated the whole way through. My bike runs like new again thanks to their expertise. If you need service, parts, or just good advice, Phat Tire is the place to go. Highly recommend them!

The staff was very nice and helpful from just entering the building. I had a few questions the answered them quickly, asked me if they could look at my bike. They got in on the rack and proceeded o help me out. My ebike was fixed with minimum expense and running tip top again. Thanks Ryker the tech. and Adam for the friendly service and conversation.

Phat tire in Bella Vista got me going again literally in an hour when I broke a spoke and punctured my rim tape. They could have easily declined and had me rent a bike when I walked in at 4 pm, but they turned me around and I was riding that evening. They saved my trip and I really appreciate that! I will be back in the future!!

i was in a pinch and every bike shop i called was booked way out except for these guys. they worked on a tricky drivetrain issue well above my paygrade and resolved it quickly. Same day service and i got out of their (with a new set of grips) for under $60, which is a feat in boutique bike-world. Nice guys, great service.
