I’m one of the earliest customers of the Bike Rack Bentonville in the original location, where part of Table Mesa is now. I have always had great service, everything from new bike purchases, bike repairs, accessories and tune ups. I highly recommend this shop , they have always had excellent repair technicians and a wide selection of bikes, parts and accessories at great prices!

I walked in for service without an appointment due to a flat tire problem. The gentleman that helped me worked quickly to solve my problem, made suggestions for the best solution and went above and beyond my expectations as he tightened several items on my bike that needed attention. Every staff member is there to answer any questions and help with, recommendations, bike gear set up and anything needed to assist the customer. It feels like the sales are secondary, and they are there to assist the community of bikers shopping in the store!!
