Customer Service! Bentonville is loaded with bike shops. Phat Tire stands out in that crowd because of the way they interact with their customers. From tech’s to sales guys it’s about the customer feeling welcome, appreciated and important. Pretty basic stuff, often overlooked in today’s retail environment, but not at Phat Tire. I met the Manager, Cory Enloe. I’m guessing he sets the pace for his staff. I’m sure he’s busy but you would never know it from the attention I received. Great inventory of top bikes and accessories right on the Square in Bentonville.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Go ahead and shop around town, you’ll be back here for everything. I purchased two bikes for the family recently. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Selection, prices, customer service…they nailed it all. BIG thank you to Cory and Max. You made our family very happy. Has always been fast and helpful. I drive 2.5 hours to ride there and when I have had issues with my bike you guys always get me fixed up and back on the trail quickly. Thanks for top notch service

I came in to replace a rear tire and was helped by staff to picked out a replacement. He went out of his way to find the correct tire, then removed the old tire and replace it with the new one very quickly. He asked where I wanted the valve stem to be located and my desired air pressure along with a beer while I waited.
