Overall great job. It took a while to get the quote because of out of stock items, however they were eventually able to get them from other locations. When I picked it up my old bike it looked like a new. Thank you!

I've used several locations and never experienced the "bike shop" attitude that is common in the bike world. Friendly but not over-bearing staff, mechanics that are actually helpful and well stocked. Phat Tire is my go to bike shop.

Very personal service. I went to Bella Vista store to find a part. They did not have it but found it at the Bentonville store. Bentonville store held it for me to pick up and then provided tips to install. Also delighted to find out the depth of support Phat Tire provides to NICA. Similar situation occurred when I was in Fayetteville and needed a part. They referred me to another store. I am very impressed by the cross store culture. Positive, helpful and supporting the community.
