Mechanics (can't remember the name) were super helpful and really patient while I got my seat post adjusted. It was a small job this time but the mechanic was conscientious and professional even for a simple task.

We came in right before closing on a Friday, and we were able to get 5 bikes in several different sizes for the whole family to ride around. The staff was really helpful and gave us excellent service and recommendations on rides and even food! :) A+
