Great selection and willing to work a deal. The people were truly the amazing part though. Georgie and Alex both worked together to set us up with the perfect deal for what we needed and that type of service has won me over as a phat tire customer for life.

We always have to stop at Phat tire when in the Bentonville area. On this trip had to pick up a few spare tubes and walk around and check out some of the new products. Jorge was great! He took the time to show us some amazing gravel routes around the city. Love the small Bike Shop feel and great camaraderie of the employees

Customer service is fantastic, whether it’s bike service or on the sales floor. These guys are down to earth and knowledgeable. In a town where bike shops are a dime a dozen, they are a pleasure to work with.

Friendly staff, none of the "snooty" attitude you sometimes get from an LBS. They seem genuinely interested in you going out and having a good time and are happy to provide recommendations.

The rental selection, price and service was great! Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will rent from Phat Tire again when family members are in town and want to ride. This will be the place we bring our every day bikes to for service because we were very impressed with the company as a whole. We are planning to purchase e-bikes soon and will be using Phat tire because of everything stated above.

I appreciated being able to explore Phat Tire-Bentonville's well-organized website ahead of time—it made everything so easy. I spotted my dream bike online among the wide selection, walked into the shop, and there it was! Martin greeted me right away and was fantastic from the start. He answered all my (many!) questions with patience, clarity, and a friendly attitude. As someone new to e-bikes, I felt completely at ease thanks to his thorough explanations, helpful tips, and encouraging support. Getting to take the bike for a test ride was a huge plus, and I really valued the on-site team giving it a full inspection before I left. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. Martin also made sure I knew I could return anytime for servicing or if any concerns came up—something that gave me real peace of mind. I’ve been loving the bike so far—it’s everything I hoped it would be! I'm truly impressed with Phat Tire – Bentonville and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
