Good afternoon, I recently stopped by the Phat Tire bike shop in Norman just to look around and check out some potential upgrades for one of my bikes. While I was there, I had the opportunity to speak with Dane Price. Dane was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk through several upgrade options with me. He listened to what I was considering and provided helpful insight without any pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s always great to talk with someone who clearly understands the equipment and enjoys helping riders make informed decisions. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend the Phat Tire bike shop in Norman, OK. The customer service and expertise made it a great visit, and I look forward to stopping in again. They opened right on time, I was waiting. I needed a phone holder and the guy I spoke with was very friendly. He helped me with my seat as well and gave me advice. I ride my ebike everywhere and will eventually get a flat. I will most likely come back at some point for tire liners and new tubes.
