I just bought a bike from you guys and Ryan helped me. The color I wanted as back ordered and so you guys gave me a loaner to ride while I waited. That was a happy surprise. I did not expect you to do that. Everyone at the shop is very nice and helpful, but Ryan was the main guy I interacted with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and I never felt pressured to buy anything. That goes a long way with me! I will be back and I will recommend you to anyone who is in the market for a bike.

The staff were great! Knowledgeable and informative. Worked with my budget without trying to push me into something twice as expensive ( I've had that experience at several shops). I choose Phat Tire in Edmond because of how open and inviting the shop is. They were quick to get my bike built.
