The guys here are so helpful and do not get grumpy or grumbly when I ask basic, beginner questions! Every employee has taken extra time to be informative and helpful in so many situations as a new bikey gal. My first bikes are second hand but definitely buying my first nice road bike here someday!

I’ve never experienced this type of customer service or even this quality of craftsmanship when it comes to bikes. Everything about my visit was excellent with superior customer service and guidance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and showed a ton of enthusiasm and respect! I’ll be returning here for my outdoor bike needs

The two men working in the Edmond shop in the afternoon on Friday, April 17 were phenomenal. They were two of the kindest and most responsive people you could ask for. Your crew is doing a good job and keep up the great work.

Besides quality bikes, their services is top notch. Josh was very helpful and polite. Even when I talked on the phone with him he was very mindful of other customers in the store and still helping me on the phone. That seals the deal for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Phat Tire of Edmond is a 10 out 0f 10!

We stopped by after eating dinner with our kids and the guy at the front desk was super helpful and took us out back to help us teach our kids how to ride a bike without training wheels. All we bought was a helmet but my wife and I appreciated the help and the pointers on how to get them on 2 wheels. Great guy, 10/10 customer service.

I've never had a bad visit to the Edmond Phat Tire Shop, even when I drop $500. The crew there is solid, Steve, Shane and Josh know how to not only get things working, but they are a solid source of critical information for cyclist of all abilities. Proud to say that this is "My Bike Shop".
