The guys at Phat Tire Springdale took my exploratory call the day before my intent to rent an e-bike. The phone call was answered problem and all my questions were efficiently addressed. I provided my intent of date and time to rent and they asked for name and phone number to book. That's all. It was just as straightforward when I arrived the next day; a quick release form and method of payment. Initial bike didn't feel sized correctly so they worked with me to get another more suitable one. E-Bike performed flawlessly and the return later in then day was a quick dropoff of equipment. No hassles with anything at anytime. All questions answered promptly and promised kept on all sides!
