I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Kevin, Matt, Katherine and Jonathan. Each helped me decide on a new Checkpoint and/or helped me get ready to take it on a ride beginning in Vancouver and traveling as far south as I can through the US. I’m new to gravel bicycles, hydraulic brakes, remote shifting and their batteries, tubeless tires and bicycle racks so they helped me get used to lots of new stuff. Thanks!

Katherine was super helpful and nice! She helped me find the right size helmet and made some good suggestions for bike accessories. She also showed me the safety lights that were made to fit my helmet. I’ll be back to get those eventually!

Despite the fact that they were shorthanded when I first walked in, I was ackowledged and given the attention I needed when available. When I came to drop off the "trike" they were prepared to do the work and described what it would cost, and both Matt and and Jono discussed the issues and limitations related to my partner's and my desire to accommodate the trike so both of us could use it. It was worked on the same day, and when we went to pick it up, they had emailed me to be prepared to have me try it out, which they did, to be sure I could handle the gearing, that the length of the boom was appropriate, what I would notice if it were still too long, and what options we might have if so. The price was even less than I expected, and I was extremely pleased with their attentiveness to detail. I assured them I would continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.
