Phat Tire Tulsa Midtown is a great place to get help with your bike. Steve was very helpful in addressing my upcoming change to puncture resistant tires on my VanMoof S2 electrified bike. Showed me what I needed to purchase in order to adapt the Schrader valve holes in my bike tire so I could switch to using Presta valves instead. I like the Presta’s as they seal better than Schrader valves. Excellent service, and great communication. What more could you ask for! Stephen S. Platt

So glad that Phat Tire has a location in midtown Tulsa. Took my current bike in for a tune-up. While Matt did a quick diagnosis, I wondered the store looking at e-bikes. Ended up buying the Allant+ 7S. What a great decision. Love the Allant. Matt and Steve were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Just picked up my older bike after its tune-up. It was an overall great experience. I am new to biking and the staff was extremely patient and accommodating. They were not pushy salesmen at all and explained the pros and cons of various options rationally and honestly. Would definitely recommend.

Went in for a derailleur tune before hitting the trails and they went above and beyond! Not only tuned but addressed a few issues and helped fix those for just the tune price also explained what what was wrong. 10 out of 10 will go back.

Outstanding work and customer service. Let me start by saying I'm new to the cycling world and am very much a novice when it comes to the anatomy of a bike. Max and the team at Phat Tire walked me through everything I needed to know with patience and kindness. I brought a used bike in for service and they identified other areas that might need addressed without trying to sell me on stuff. Just straightforward honesty and trying to be genuinely helpful. They got my bike fixed up in a matter of hours and got it back to me riding like a new set of wheels. I will say that as a beginner I've experienced less than ideal customer service at other shops around the metro. Almost as if I was placed at the bottom of the line because my bike was cheap and I wasn't a "real" cyclist. I wont mention the names of those shops, but Phat Tire is the exact opposite of that. They treat you with respect and will do you right. I also observed this watching their interactions with other customers while I was in the store. Needless to say this will be the only bike shop I come to in the future for any of my cycling needs. 10/10. Thanks so much guys!
