Very good experience. 2nd time at store 1st time meeting Matt . Did a Great job fixing my bike was fast and cheap. I just don’t let anyone work on my bike . Highly Recommend !!! Will definitely be back!!! Kathling was Awesome also. Sorry didn’t spell it right .

You have a great shop! The staff were all welcoming and friendly. I came in for a shifting problem and expected to leave my bike and pick it up in a few days. Instead, the tech took a quick look at it, did some " Bike Mechanic Magic", and I was good to go! I realize this does not always happen as many repairs require more time and troubleshooting, but it happened this time and it was great. Also, the lady that assisted me and wrote up my work order was very kind and enjoyable to visit with. It was a short visit but a great overall experience. Thank you! James G.

The staff is super friendly, they have a decent stock of incidentals, and the location on Harvard Ave is super convenient for those of us in Midtown.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wheel laced up at Phat Tire Bike Shop on Harvard, and Jono was incredible. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. The wheel came out perfect and the turnaround was fast. This is top-tier workmanship and customer service. Huge thanks to Jono and the whole team — I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
