I have had good fortune with the 2-Trek bikes I have purchased. The help I receive from your personnel, at the Riverside store, is the reason I keep coming back. They are helpful, and always willing to help.

I feel a friendly and welcoming vibe every time i come into the shop whether that be the South Tulsa location or Downtown location. Every staff member is very helpful and patient with my questions about the different types of bicycles and helping me to grown my knowledge in the sport. More recently the guys at the South Tulsa shop went out of their way to make things right when we discovered the gift cards my parents had been gifting me for a couple years were losing value. I had been saving them up to get my first road bicycle to get a little more serious about my fitness and into the sport some more. They were very patient and helpful especially Ezra and the bicycle maintenance lead.

Alex was an outstanding advisor when it came to our bikes we purchased. The assistance after the purchase was outstanding as well. Would definitely recommend any one purchase a bike from Phat Tire.

Stopped in with my mtb, no appointment, had an issue with the rear axle that Alex (I think) jumped right into and fixed. Very professional and quick service. Also adjusted my derailleur and lubed the chain. Talked me into trying dumonde tech chain lube, stuff works awesome for turkey mountain. Not an up-sell, I wanted to see if he was right. And he was. Will be back with a list of “stuff” to do to the bike.

During the initial inspection you told me all the things that needs to be done. You gave me call after you found additional things and an estimated price when everything is done. You gave me a rough schedule and date and you kept your promise in pricing and date. Your Technician were always nice and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service and the result. My bike drives like new. It’s awesome.
