I am an avid cyclist who has ridden across the U.S. several times, as well as various other places around the world. My bicycle and gear were stolen in Tulsa while en-route from Santa Monica to Chicago following Route 66. Alex Jones and others at Phat Tire went out of their way in helping me with a plan to get back on the road with a new bike and new gear. I ended up returning home considering the time it would have taken to replace all the gear that I had (much of which required special ordering). But I won't forget the empathy Alex showed towards me in this very distressing situation, and the character he and others at Phat Tire showed in their efforts to get me back on the road again. I will make sure to stop in at Phat Tire and say hi when I resume my trip. Doug Bouche San Diego

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They accidentally ordered the wrong part but they were upfront about it, explained the problem, and got my bike back to me ASAP. Overall a good experience! Also helped me pick out a few accessories and invited me to a group ride 😊
