Shuttle to and from airport comes often with luggage help from driver. Cards are given out when shuttle picks you up at your car to show where you parked and where the shuttle has to go when you return. It is very easy to enter parking lot with printed bar code or phone app. Attendant at entry tells you where to go to find your spot. All in all it is a positive experience at a stressful time.
