Excellent service upon entering parking Spot and most drivers are very pleasant. The only down fall is receipts are no longer available in paper and the email receipts can take up to 5 days to receive which delays expensing for business travels.

I rarely need to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus. Most of the drivers are quite friendly. I like earning loyalty points for business travel which I can then use when I go on vacation.

Easy to reserve a spot on line. Courteous drivers and personnel at the booth. Shuttles magically appear on pick up in garage and on arrival in zone 3 at the airport. If you could get the city and all other tax departments to calm down and ease off, pricing would be even better. Excellent run facility at Philly North.

Very convenient! The shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful and you really can’t beat the price and convenience of being picked up at your car. Last time I parked directly at PHL and I waited for over 45 minutes for a shuttle, but at The Parking Spot I waited for less than 5!

When I arrived the computer system was down. The man at the gate was frustrated and a little impatient with me. I had reservations on my phone, but he needed the email to verify something. When I returned on Wednesday morning, I couldn't exit when using the app. I had to call the main number and wait for someone to meet me.
