Everything starts with Manager Romeo and his staff. They’re friendly, considerate, and eager to help. Equipment is equipment, but the staff make the gym HOME, a place I want to be and I place I feel comfortable and safe from distractions, stress, and worries. When the mental part can focus clearly, the physical part works more effectively. A big shout out to AJ the giant ASM/Trainer and Belinda for being great XOs.
