The staff is awesome. Both my wife and I work with KARAH, the trainer, she is awesome. We told her what we wanted to work on and she has designed a routine that is great. We always feel so good after the workout.

It's just a good environment. For the most part the paper towels are filled and when they aren't there's one behind it filled. But it's a great environment, doesn't smell like a gym, temperature is always good and there's just a laid back vibe.

Very friendly staffs equipments are kept up. However I noted the work out areas are not as clean as it was before, I haven’t been to the gym for many months just return last week, it made me sad to see papers on the floor, the trash cans are always full and no paper towels in many stations it is worse on the weekend.
