We have used the PARKING SPOT now for a few years and are very happy with the convenience. It is to the airport. The drivers of the vans are very nice and take care of their customers. The only gripeI have is the card readers at the entrance or exit are so far away sometimes you actually have to get out of the car to use it or hope there’s somebody There to come over and take care of it.

It is so convenient! The shuttle drivers literally follow you to your chosen parking spot, help load your luggage into the shuttle, and drop you off right at the door of the terminal you need. On the return trip, we didn’t even wait five minutes, with a lot of luggage and a disabled grandparent. The driver was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the parking spot!

Always right there to pick us up at our car. The app is great for us being picked up after flight. Never seems to be a problem. Drivers always friendly. Gate personnel need friendly schooling, but no problems just grumpy attendees. Lol
