The reservation system, check-in, and check-out are quick and easy. Normally, there is a short wait for a bus to the airport and for the pickup at the airport. The covered parking facility is secure and offers weather protection, particularly in the summer heat. Prices are fair, and the rewards program is good.

It's easy to make a reservation and I like the AAA discount. Also, I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to show up - often there's a SPOT van parked and waiting as I walk out the terminal door.
