Vans run frequently so wait times are very short to go to/from terminals. *. TPS app makes checking in and checking out as well as payment quick and easy with saved payment methods.

Every driver I have come in contact with has been professional, courteous, friendly and helpful to get me on the bus with my luggage or to deliver me to my car with my luggage. This is the only way to travel out of sky harbor when you're driving your car and you need to park it somewhere. Very convenient. The attendant at the gate has always been friendly and courteous and I appreciate this great service.Parking spot number one gives to its customers. Wally Campbell

The shuttle quickly loaded my bag and we were off to the airport. Upon my return, it was easy to find the pick up location and the wait was minimal. Super convenient even if it costs a little more. The discount was nice.

Easy to schedule online. Very simple process from the time you drop your vehicle off to the time you pick it up. Fares a little high for my budget but that's a factor of being in the nation's 5th largest city. Associates very friendly.

Drivers both to and from the airport were very accomodating. I came out on the wrong side of the terminal, and the driver looped around and made sure he grabbed me before heading back to the lot. 10/10

Everything! except lot 3 - we will never park there or use that lot. They were rude, non responsive and we waited at the airport for nearly 45 minutes. (at least we only went there once. by accident)
