The bus ride to the airport was terrible. Noisy.felt every bump in the road. The bus should be taken out of service immediately. My wife and I waited 25 minutes once we parked. I had to walk to the exit station and request a bus. Fortunately, we had alloted enough time to catch our flight. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I love how seamless the process is. When we arrive, we wait no more than 2 minutes for the bus to arrive at our car to pick us up and get us to the airport in a timely manner. The drivers are always friendly and help with the bags also. And using the Parking Spot to get home makes the process stress free. I dont have to wait for an uber and pay a mysterious price which could be a crazy amount. I already know what I'm paying and I can just get to my car and get home. I ALWAYS use the Parking Spot when I travel

Driver comes to my car to pick you up and gets my bag on the bus. Upon my return, the driver takes my bag off the bus and puts it in my car. Drivers are polite unprofessional. It’s easy to find the pick up spot at terminal four at Sky Harbor. Check in and check out is easy and fast and you even get a bottle of water as you leave.
