We arrived back to PHX about 9 PM on a Tuesday night. It took an extraordinary amount of time to get our shuttle for Parking Spot 1. The airport was busy and as our bus was finally arriving, there was a POV in the shuttle lanes....first time ever there was not airport security chasing them away. It just added minutes of stress to an already stressful travel day. Parking Spot 2 had scooped up passengers twice and was long gone before the second Parking Spot 1 bus arrived.

The parking spaces are nearby and the shuttle drivers came right away. I don't know if they were monitoring our arrival time in Phoenix (plane was about 30 minutes late) but we hardly had to wait at all. Will definitely use in future.
