Your services are perfect but I do have a complaint. I park all the time at Spot 1 and being a senior citizen used to make a last stop at the mens room as I have a long trip to Prescott. Now I see that you have the building closed to clients and a sign on the locked door. It would be so helpful if we were able to use the lavatories there.

Easy in and easy out. But i just returned from a trip to the Midwest and my flight leaving Milwaukee was the delayed a number of times because of a snowstorm. I finally ended up rescheduling my flight from Saturday night to Sunday evening. I had made reservations at parking spot one through late Saturday evening because that was what I expected to return to Phoenix.. because of the snowstorm and delayed flights. I did not get in until Sunday evening. When I picked up my car and had a chance to check my invoice, I noted that I had been charged a ridiculous amount for one day extra. That extra day was actually beyond my control. I was very unhappy about that and I really am still. $45 for an extra day. Seems to be way out of line. Mobile App works very well. Discounts and overall price/value is good. Always good parking spots and really like that they are covered. Shuttle is prompt on both pickup at lot and at airport (this is critical to me).

Convenience of the parking lot close to the airport. The shuttle bus was waiting for me before I could shut my car engine off. The shuttle driver was quick and efficient handling my suitcases, both in the parking lot and at the airport. I am very pleased with the service I receive from The Parking Spot 1 and will continue to recommend and use their services in the future.
