It's easy to get online to schedule your appointment. It's easy and drivers are polite and kind and easy on the return. Pickups have fun pretty regularly and it's easy to get back out of the parking spot and the free water is very nice.

When arriving after 11 PM - the card provided by The Parking Spot says to go onto the app and request shuttle service. However, the app directs you to CALL. A bit confusing AND inconvenient when i had data service but not phone service (due to a Verizon outage issue) so could not make a call. Please re-think use of the app AND the phone call services to be either or NOT just calling.

The driver went above and beyond. I forgot my wallet in my car, which I only discovered once at the airport, and without compliant drove me back to the lot to retrieve my ID and wallet, then returned me to the airport. AMAZING!!
