So easy to park and catch the ride to the airport and then return when your flight lands back at Sky Harbor. Staff is polite and efficient. The Parking Spot does not gouge you if you are a bit late returning - that can easily happen beyond your control.

Friendly, welcoming staff that work there. Was right there once we parked and got on the shuttle with no waiting. Waiting for shuttle to go back to vehicle was no problem, only about a 5 minute wait.

I require to use a covered parking space and prefer the Washington location. It's convenient to get to from the 202, a short distance to the airport. The drivers are very friendly and responsible. During my last visit, I was panicked to discover my battery dead when I returned from my trip. To my elated surprise, I walked over to the attendant at the gate to explain and seek help. I explained I had jumper cables but would need someone to offer a jump. He handed me a battery jumper instead. Walked back to my car, started it up with the battery jumper and was out of there in 5 minutes. Thank you for having the jumper on site!
