I fly almost every week. Whether I am parking my vehicle or being picked up at the terminal the most I had to wait was 10 minutes. Most of the time, pick up happens within minutes.

Reservation process is user friendly and saves time. Shuttles are plentiful enough even at odd hours so wait times are reasonable. Shuttle drivers are courteous and helpful. Covered parking at PS1/PHX is very well covered (except on the far east and west rows) so bad weather and dust storms have minimal effect. The Spot Club program is superb. Competitive prices and frequent discount offers are appreciated. Quick check-in and check-out processes plus connected receipts saves time and effort. My only complaint is that the kiosk at back exit onto E Van Buren street doesn't work any more, which forces me to exit onto westbound Washington Street and do a U-turn across the light rail line to get to Hwy. 143.
