The Parking Spot app was easy to use. There were times it could have used better clarity about the cost comparison between pre-pay and pay when returning. I did appreciate and used the 35% off offer for first time customers. That was a determining factor in me choosing The Parking Spot over competitors.

I have been parking on Parking spot for couple days, a week or couple weeks since 2019. It is very convenient and easy to make the reservation on the app and you earn free parking days. It is nice to park your car and have the shuttle to take you to the airport and pick you up back to the parking.

Parking is covered. Shuttle usually arrives quickly to pick you up at your car. Drivers usually help with getting luggage on and off the shuttle. Drivers are usually courteous. The wait time for a shuttle to pick you up at the airport is usually minimal. Drivers take to right back to your car.

They come immediately to shuttle me to the airport. They load my bags into the van. They’re always very courteous.

Just one issue to make you aware of. The specific location on the panel for scanning your QR code when entering isn't clear enough. And when leaving this time, the QR scanner there didn't seem sensitive enough. I had to scan repeatedly about 6 times before it finally read the code.

The convenience, professionalism, and how easy it is to get in an out of the facility. I also appreciate the cost compared to airport garage prices. I also appreciate the Rewards program where I can get free parking after so many visits. I have told a number of my friends about the Parking Spit and I would recommend anyone to try it out and see for yourself why I enjoy parking there.
