The shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful.

You have covered parking and the shuttle picks you up as soon as you park to get you to the airport.

I enjoyed the efficiency of the covered parking, the quickness in being picked up and taken to the airport. The pickup from the airport was quick and the drop off to my car was also quick and easy.

Easy in and out of the lot and I don’t have to wait long for pick up either at my car or at curbside when I return. Drivers are always helpful in loading and unloading luggage as well. I’ve been very pleased

Everything! From the personal greeting at the front gate when we Check in, to the very courteous drivers who come dashing over to our vehicle to help assist with our luggage. We are very very pleased with our Parking Spot experiences that we have no desire to go elsewhere for our Airport Parking travel needs.

Safe, clean vans, friendly drivers. The wait time at terminals can be a little slow during peak hours, otherwise good service.

QR Code worked fine Pick up was prompt The shuttle van could use new shock absorbers. The driver generated card with your parking location is a great idea...but it would be nice to have more pole and ground markers for customer reference.
