Very convenient. The drivers are always nice. I’ve never had to wait too long for a shuttle ride to or from the airport. Easy to reserve and pay. Being a Southwest Airlines credit card member is a plus, easy to rack up points for free parking rewards.

I love getting picked up right at my car and not having to lug my bags from my car to the escalator, onto the sky train etc. It’s so convenient and also easy to get to and leave from when we return from travels. Covered parking is a bonus!!
