We do like the convenance of the van pick-up and the people we have had contact with. They always have been helpful in moving luggage if we are struggling with it. Great to be picked up at our vehicle and return to it. Great service.

I love the parking spot; it's easy to reserve and pay on the app. As soon as I park my car, the shuttle is there to pick me up. I am usually dropped off at the terminal within 15 minutes of parking, and then picked up at the terminal is quick; I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The drivers are always friendly. They help with bags; there’s nothing I don’t like about the service.
