My wife and I are eternally grateful for Pia. She worked hard for us during what will forever be a very strange time for the real estate market. In the end, Pia helped us get our dream home - and suddenly all of the hardships began to make sense as we realized they all led us to our new mailing address. Pia is creative, consistent, and made us feel cared for - that we were a priority. She was there for us all the way from our initial phone call - when we lived in Portland, OR and she lived in MI - to the moment we scribble our names on the final signature line at closing. If we do choose to sell someday, it will be Pia who represents us and greets the various interested parties hoping to become the new stewards.

Pia was amazing to work with! We were looking for a competent realtor who we could get along with and had our best interests in mind. She fit the bill perfectly. We had initially chosen a 203k loan option for renovation and she was able to advocate for us with the seller given that this generally takes a lot longer to close than a traditional loan option. We had to extend our closing date multiple times which all was possible because of her advocation and negotiation on our behalf. She even recommended a fantastic lender when we had to switch lenders and loan options in the middle of the process. I can't count how many times she saved the day for us! She also has a fabulous team helping her when she couldn't be present to ensure we never missed an opportunity for inspections or contractors to come by. Special thanks to Sara and Nafisa for their time! We will absolutely be calling Pia and team in the future should we decide to sell/purchase a home again. Thank you more times than we can say!!!
