1st let me tell you my experience was night and day compared to such a horrible experience at cookie cutters in the following ways. Upon arrival I was greeted right away. I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the shop, very impressive. I was directed to wait i side the playroom which while I was waiting the worker did come in continuously and kept thing clean and in order. The playroom was amazing at getting my little guy to calm down before it was his turn which he absolutely hates hair cuts. The online booking was very user friendly. Once my appointment time arrived I did not wait longer than 5 minutes to be called. Mikayla our stylist was PHENOMENAL she was friendly , gentle and EXTREMELY PATIENT. She cuts GREAT under tense circumstances and you can tell takes ALOT OF PRIDE in her work. The employees were all professional and it was a great experience. THANK YOU for being Clean, Fast, Puntual, Friendly, Profesional, Caring, Patient and Fun!!!

Super friendly, flexible and helped us in a pinch when we had an emergency! Jamie was wonderful. Very kind and understanding, taking my daughter's anxiety in stride and working with her. Jamiee is absolutely amazing. We love how great of a job she does with our son’s hair and how she really takes the time to get to know us as a family as well all while making our son look sharp as ever. We love coming here and seeing her and plan to continue doing so!

We were very happy with our experience. My son has had issues in the past at other salons with haircuts so we were very nervous and Mikayla did a fantastic job. For the first time ever my son did not cry at all during his haircut and she was very patient with him when he squirmed around in the chair. We are incredibly happy and will be back for sure. Thank you!

Mikayla was so sweet and patient with my son. I was nervous he was going to hate his first haircut, but she was ready immediately with things to distract him. The whole place is adorable and perfect for kids.
