I like how patient and caring the staff is with my toddlers. One of them screamed throughout the entire haircut and the hair stylist remained kind and composed. We appreciate that we have a safe place to bring them to get their hair cut.

My 3 year old daughter has always had very thin hair so she just had her first haircut this week. Nikki did a great job of making my daughter feel comfortable, included in decisions (braid or pony, what color bow), and did a great job of cutting her hair to make it more manageable for Mom and Dad. Thank you again for making the experience tear free for my 3 yo and also my momma heart.

My son not the best at staying still, he’s not a big fan of the buzzer sound, the hairstylists were understanding, easy going, an amazing experience, he been getting great compliments on his hair cut all week.

My son is autistic, non-verbal, and struggles with Haircuts, Pigtails and Crewcuts always provides top notch haircuts without judgement, giving my son equal opportunity even if he may be a little more challenging due to his sensory needs. Pigtails and Crewcuts is vital to this community, and we could use a whole lot more of them.

The whole experience was awesome for my son’s first hair cut! The place was nice and clean. Was perfect for my little one to sit and enjoy his time there. The stylist was very patient and calm with my almost 2 year old. Would definitely come back!

My son is a repeat client they're always very good, personable and have an awesome environment for the kids! my son and has struggled with getting haircuts in the past at other places, But seems to really enjoy "pigtails and crew cuts"

A haircut for a baby and a cut for an older kid should not be priced the same. My 19 month old just needed a slight trim of his hair and that pricing should be different than a full blown haircut.

Pigtails and crewcuts has been my life saver. We recently changed over to pigtails and crewcuts due my sons challenging reaction to haircuts. He is autistic and he was denied many other places due to his outbursts.i was recommended here by other parents who also had children that has challenges. I was very nervous for his first visit but truly left with happy tears. When I first scheduled the appt over the phone the staff informed me of many ways we can come and visit the store before his haircut. They allowed us in to check out the chairs, equipments , and just play. They were interested in learning about him to make his first visit a success. They accommodated the best time for an appointment during less peak hours to make it less of an overload for him. They talked him through every step, they encouraged him without overstepping or forcing him. First visit he truly made it difficult for Trisha but she stood her ground and said we will get through this while keeping him safe. She worked so fast while still being so gentle. She was so patient and made us feel so welcomed. Fast forward my son has come a long way and every visit just keeps getting better. Everything is so clean, organized. Trisha taught Me so much about how to style his hair and products that would work for him. So thankful for this place

Trisha does so well cutting my son’s hair. He used to cry at the thought of getting his haircut until he met Trisha, now he says he’s going to get his haircut by his friend. She does an excellent job and is so quick! I highly recommend her. My only complaint is we can’t schedule out further than 2 weeks anymore so it’s hard to get appointments that work with our schedule and it’s hard to plan around important events like we used to be able to do.
