This was our first experience for a haircut with our toddler - we were instantly welcomed in and enjoyed the Pigtails & Crewcuts environment. Ms. Kat was our hairdresser and she is an absolute GEM! She made my toddler feel safe and comfortable, listened to what we wanted for his first haircut, and continued to chat and make it fun during the whole haircut. The haircut was wonderful,and we will definitely come back for another experience! 10 out of 10.

Ms. Charmaine was AMAZING! My son was losing his mind - crying and flailing around. She was super calm and helped us to a more private area of the salon where he could sit with me and watch TV. She was great helping to keep him as calm as possible. Through all of that she was able to still give him and awesome haircut. Which I can tell you was NOT an easy task. I would highly recommend this salon and Ms. Charmaine.

We have had the BEST haircut experience here. While it’s not fun to get here from midtown, it’s worth the drive for the quality haircut and quality experience. If you need your kid’s hair cut, look no further! Plan around traffic and it will be a great experience.

I love how patient everyone is with young children. My 2 year old son does not like haircuts, I would love to say he sits in the really cute chairs, but that is not him. What I love is no matter how much he squirms, moves, or even cries the stylist never lose their patience AND your child still will get a really nice cut. Ms. Charlie is the best and we travel to Buckhead and Smyrna for her to cut our son's hair.
