Y'all are amazing! Cuts are always great, and my kids have a wonderful time! We've never had a long wait with appointments, and you get us out quickly without cutting corners on the actual service. My kids love everything about Pigtails & Crewcuts– the play room with the train set, the toys, the suckers, the fun salon chairs. It's great! The staff is always friendly. Yolanda usually does my son's haircuts, and Danielle does my daughter's cuts. I have only ever taken my son elsewhere one time when you weren't available, and it was not the best experience. We won't go anywhere else.

We love going to see Jamie. She’s patient and accommodating. She listens to all of my requests and is open to me suggesting if something needs to be shorter or cleaned up. We truly do love her as a person. We’ve been going to her for over 3 1/2 years now. She never disappoints. We love you, Jamie

The staff is friendly and very attentive! Bonus points for being prepared with some extra snacks to keep the siblings occupied! It’s clean and organized and the perfect place to bring my kids. The haircuts always come out great too. Keep up the great work:)

My 2 year old grandson has been terrified of haircuts. Danielle has been wonderful in making him comfortable with the haircut process. She knows how to handle the difficult ones. She has promised me that it would become less and less stressful for him if we were consistent in bringing him back to her, and this has definitely happened. Each time gets a bit easier for him. I highly recommend Danielle. It takes a village-others in the salon have to help her hold his head still and everyone there is sweet and cooperative. Shout out & gratitude to Christian for knowing exactly how to distract my grandson with cars, trucks and vehicles!

Hairdressers are very kind and friendly. Please bring back the "keeper" earrings. I bought them for my girls each time we came in for a haircut and was disappointed not to see them there anymore! Thank you!
