I booked a 1st cut appointment online and accidentally entered my husband's name instead of our daughter's. I called the shop, I didn't catch his name but the guy that answered the phone was quick to adjust and resend the confirmation, thanks for that! Our stylist was Jamie, she did great with our girl (and us, Dad was scared we were going to chop off too much!) despite the wiggling and uncomfies, and finished off with a braid and bow that made our daughter happy and comfortable by the end. The store itself is very cute too, with the play room in the back and cool chairs, we'll be back! :) I think the online booking asked for 'secondary contact' which was meant to be the kid, but that confused me as something like an emergency contact which is why I entered my husband's name. That would be my only suggestion to look into :)

The staff was incredibly kind. It was our first time at this salon and my son was having difficulty adjusting to a new salon. Maggie and Dani did a wonderful job of cutting his hair. We will be coming back!

Our son's first haircut went great...thanks to the wonderful staff here! They have this down to a science --my kiddo didn't even know his hair was being cut and he also did not want to leave! Dani (I think) was amazing and the front desk guy too! What a wonderful space! We will definitely return and recommend to all of our friends/family with young kiddos.
