I love scheduling an appointment and being serviced at my designated time because waiting makes a little one uneasy. There was so much for them to play with and us to shop for. Great customer service, love the keepsake picture as well. 10/10 experience and worth the money!

We are thankful for the fun, friendly atmosphere and the stylists' ability to get the haircut done! Our 2-year-old still resists haircuts, but is getting a little more comfortable each time. Amanda did an especially great job on his haircut for school picture day!

My wife and I really appreciated Nikki's patience and understanding. It was our 16 month's first haircut and he was remarkably upset the entire time. He was flailing around while screaming, yet Nikki still managed to give him a great haircut. The receptionist at the front desk was also helpful. She came and tried to distract him with bubbles - which helped for a brief moment. We will definitely be back in large part due to the exceptional customer service.

Everyone was very polite and patient. My daughter was very nervous cause it was her first haircut but would not stop talking about how brave she was after. She laughed and loved when they put glitter and color in her hair. Thank you all for making her time there spectacular. We can’t wait to go back for her next her cut.
