Michelle is always fabulous. She knows exactly what I like and takes the time to ask throughout if everything is looking how I prefer. She is great with Ethan and is super patient throughout our visits! We’ve been coming to PigTails and Crewcuts for years and we will continue for as long as they have Michelle. Our first haircut experience was great! The stylist was so sweet. They also gave my mom a copy of her granddaughters first haircut photo which brought her to tears. I’ve been recommending this place to everyone I know.

Mary was wonderful! She was patient and knowledgeable about working WITH his natural hair, not trying to style it in a way that we didn't ask for as we have experienced elsewhere. We have not gotten consistent results anywhere yet but Mary was our favorite stylist by far, and we are excited to be back with her next time!

Michelle at Alliance is wonderful! She has gained the trust of my son, and he won’t let anyone else cut his hair. She always makes sure that he is happy with the outcome and doesn’t force him into conversation.
