Came in an hour early for our appointment because my 4 year old was ready for a nap and we live an hour away, Aunt Nana K went out of her way to accommodate us! She is our very favorite and we will always travel to wherever she is for haircuts! She does so well with my son who has sensory issues. Such an angel!

We love Karla. She is amazing with our 5-year-old with developmental delays. She's been cutting his hair for about 3 years. She keeps him happy and also manages to give him a great haircut. My wife Anita got her hair cut by Karla for the first time just today. Her very wavy, coarse hair is difficult to trim well. She is extremely pleased with the results! We could't be happier.

Service was wonderful. Great balance of catering to the baby and the parents. Being proactive and offering a little of hair for the grandma. The gentleness with my grand baby etc Complete positive experience. Cam not say enough good about it. My grandson that doesn't like strangers had fun and enjoyed it and was not at all bothered by close proximity of the staff, which indicated a genuineness in their actions.

The staff are all very kind. The haircuts have never taken a long time- focus has always been kept on our daughter and on the kids' comfort. Bonus- the staff knows how to have fun and keep it light.
