We started coming to this establishment because our son received a horrendous first hair cut and needed it fixed ASAP. We have been coming to Pigtails and Crewcuts ever since! We just had Nana and she is great! Highly recommend.

We received very great service. Aunt Nana K (Karla) did amazing job to my daughter's curly hair and my hair cut. She is so clam and nice. I appreciate her service. We will always go to her. The facility is clean and every one looks professional and welcoming.

Miss Taylor is so great with our daughter. We have a tough time keeping her hair from getting super knotted and she takes her time and helps get her hair back looking and feeling great.

We saw Nana K in Greensboro. She was amazing. They recently opened a “quiet room” and it was perfect. Our level 3 autistic son is non verbal and has lots of anxiety with haircuts. The room was great way for him to have privacy and be more comfortable to get a haircut. The staff is always so kind and patient with him. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like that the stylists are so gentle and patient. They don't mind if my son moves his head around during his cut. I like the little planes and cars the kids sit in for their cuts. My son enjoys those. I like there's some toys available for them to play with. The TVs help my son focus for his cut.

My daughters and mom had the best experience yesterday getting fairy hair. My mom raved about the customer service and products and were so excited to bring home glitter for my girls’ dance recital.

Ms. Tia always does a phenomenal job on our sons haircut and has always made him feel comfortable even when he wiggles a little bit his hair always comes out perfect. Everyone in the salon has a great attitude and a very welcoming personality. our son is also a big fan of choosing where he sits rather than at a traditional salon each stylist has a specific booth that they work out of. we're big fans of the products by Johnny B and the Fuddy gel smells so good and keeps our three year olds hair in place all day! i cant recommend Pigtails & Crew cuts enough. Thanks for great service all the time, guys!

Great place for kids, toddlers and teens to get a haircut. Kids love it and want to go here every time we mention to get a haircut. We took 1.5 year old and Ms. Taylor was so sweet and kind. She made it so much easier for the baby to get the haircut.

I picked Taylor online because i felt she fit our vibe. She was extremely sweet and helped my son get comfortable as this was his first haircut at 4! She talked him through the process so he would understand what was going on and also took one of my all time favorite pictures on my son. We will be back and we hope to see Taylor again!
