We had such a fantastic experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and inviting, so clean and well-organized, it instantly felt like a place we could trust. The service was outstanding. Our stylist was incredibly attentive to my son, truly listening to his needs and making sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. They were open-minded, patient, and so kind, it’s clear they genuinely care about kids and making it a positive experience. The attention to detail and the level of care was top-notch. It's such a welcoming and fun environment for children, but honestly, it’s a great spot for adults, too! I can’t recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff is friendly and efficient. Happy with both my boys haircuts. They have very fine hair and it’s hard to cut with their cowlicks as well, but both ladies did a great job. First time my youngest didn’t cry.

Miss Raelene is AWESOME. She is incredibly good with children, and very skilled and professional. She gave both of my kids great cuts (better than they've had in ages) and very quickly as well. We will be back. Give her a raise!

Cindy Lou was absolutely incredible with my anxious and scared daughter. She used so many distraction techniques and even cut her hair while she sat on my lap instead of a chair. She was so sweet and willing to work with my daughter. She was very experienced and even asked her what was scary to try and help her with her fear. Cindy Lou was absolutely a professional and expert with my anxious daughter! We will be back to see her again!
