My little boy has Cerebral Palsy and certain sounds scare him and he cries! One of those sounds is that of clippers. It is extremely difficult for the staff to cut his hair with the crying and screaming, I also know this is distressing for other guest. They always stay professional and very sweet despite everything. They get his hair cut efficiently and quickly. I appreciate them so much.

Tiffany is the best! She is welcoming and so patient with our twin boys. She has given them all of their haircuts and they’re now 4.5. She does such a great job with them and is so loving towards them. They love going to see Ms. Tiffany!

Liz was amazing at working with my son. It’s always a hit or miss when cutting his hair, either a good mood or bad and this last time he wasn’t too happy but Liz was amazing! She was extremely patient with him and stayed calm. She was able to get his hair cut and when he started to freak out she waited until he was calm and tried to help him feel more comfortable. Will definitely be going back again for his next haircut!

Tiffany and Angela have both been so great with my little guy's fear and sensory needs. I am grateful that this salon exists in Tyler, you have some wonderful folks working there! The flexibility and willingness to let a 3 yr old be a 3 yr old is a beautiful thing and helps me feel so much more comfortable as a parent.

Demi was amazing with Brantley and she did an amazing job on his first haircut, the environment of the shop was very welcoming and fun and made him enjoy something that usually scares kids his age. I will be bringing him back for all haircuts going forward!

Demetria was amazing with my little boy’s first haircut! She was so patient and so talented! I was scared to lose his curls but she knew what to do to give him a good haircut but still keep length and curl.
