The employees were very attentive to my 1.5 y/o son who was crying the whole time. They blew bubbles to try to distract him. The stylist uses very quiet trimmers. I was surprised at how well it went compared to his first haircut which was at a different salon.

We had a great experience--I am not sure if management has changed, but I feel like the level of service has improved at this location compared to several months ago. The receptionist, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] was very helpful/friendly. Also, Ms. Kisha cut my son's hair and did a fantastic job. We will absolutely be coming back to see her!

Ms. Jessica was nice and I think she did a good job for my son. Only reason it wasn't a 10 is we came specifically to let him (4-year old) sit in a special chair (police car, e.g.) but despite the chair being "open", it wasn't where Jessica was cutting. So, he sat in a normal chair. Suggestion; when making an appointment, could we either request a stylist or a certain chair? Maybe that's not do-able, but it was a little disappointing nonetheless.
