Ms. Britney is so sweet to our son who gets his hair cut by her! She has cut his hair since his first haircut as a baby. She remembers him and how we like his hair to be cut. She's patient and quietly kind with him as she knows that he is shy. We have always had a positive experience with her!

Everyone is so nice & accomodating. The stylist we pick when booking is at random, we have always had someone who left my sons hair looking amazing and oh so handsome! My daughter loves how they style her hair after a cut. The only place I'll bring my kids for haircuts.

We really enjoyed our time and experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts of West Cobb! Our son was comfortable, engaged and entertained the whole time. Ms. Janelle cut our boys hair and she was so animated, friendly, easy going, encouraging and so quick and efficient. It made the experience all the better and she was just so good with our son. We will definitely be back and be asking to book with Ms, Janelle!

They can usually fit me in pretty last minute and they always do a great job. My daughter loves going there and asks to get her haircut everyday lol.

We took our 15 month old here for his 1st haircut & it was great! We got to go in the sensory room, which was perfect because it’s quiet & calm. My son didn’t want to sit in the seats that are styled like cars & trucks. My husband held him in his lap & it went better than expected! Our hair stylist Melanie was awesome! She was friendly & fast! She did a wonderful job! Afterwards, they took our picture as a family, printed it out & added my son’s hair & I really appreciated that. They also offer haircuts for adults. I will definitely be coming back for our next haircuts!

My grandson had his haircut done by Miss Tiffany. He explained to her how he wanted a fade on the sides and back with straight bangs across his forehead. She was very gentle with communicating each step to reaffirm that's what he wanted. She has great customer service and I highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts to all my family and friends.
