Jennifer B cut all 3 of my children's hair - ages 9, 7 and 3. My 3 year old was not a happy camper. He really dislikes haircuts. Jennifer was amazing! She gave beautiful cuts, has a friendly demeanor and was not phased by my 3 year old not wanting to get his haircut. She was quick and efficient and gave a great cut even with all his protesting!

Natesa was wonderful. It was my toddler’s first haircut. He did get quite upset just from it being his first time. Natesa handled it with grace and also tried to make him feel better. She was very sweet. We’ll be back to see her.

Beth is wonderful! Our grandson was terrified of haircuts but through the months she has been cutting his hair he now does great (as long as he's in his Papa's lap). :)

Upon arrival I was immediately acknowledged though it appeared busy in the shop. While trying to check in, we realized I came in for my daughter's appointment a whole day early by mistake. They managed fitting us in within the hour so we didnt have to make the trip again due to my error. They did a great job on my daughter's hair! Double checked with me on length & style many times to make sure my daughter's cut was what we wanted. Will return!

We chose Pigtails & Crewcuts for our daughter's 1st haircut last weekend (she's 4 and was super nervous!). We were scheduled with Jennifer and she was so kind and gentle helping make this experience one to remember! So much so that our daughter is already asking when she can come back for another haircut. I love how kind Jennifer was during the haircut! She was very quick, but also took the time to make sure it looked nice and even. She made my two year old feel very comfortable during the cut which is important to me. I definitely recommend pigtails and Crewcuts.

Great service! One of our boys is very sensitive and our stylist made sure she was gently with him. He has long curly hair and get lots of knots.

Natesa is the first stylist we have found who makes my 11 year old daughter happy with her haircuts. She is kind and personable and always listens to your requests. We make a special effort to only book with her even though she only cuts one day per week. The wait is worth it! As for the shop itself, now that my kiddos are older they are outgrowing the "kid friendly" aspect so it would be nice to see an area catering to the tweens/early teens a bit more (though what they have now is a ton better than they used to have). And the price has doubled since we started taking our son there 10 years ago. That doesn't make me happy but we keep coming back anyway. I do miss the rewards program (punch card) that they used to have...
