They are very good with my screaming toddler. He still is not very good with getting his haircut and they always try and do everything they can to calm him down. And if that doesn’t work, they work quickly and still make him look good

Caroline was very patient and sweet with my apprehensive son. She listened to my requests and took his hesitancy to heart. I also love that he was able to choose his “vehicle” and play while she worked. She also used kid-friendly phrases like “hold your head as still as a statue.” Excellent experience. Caroline was amazing. You could tell the company doesn’t give them enough help on the weekends. She was doing it all!! Super impressed with her ability to keep it together under pressure. She also did an amazing job on our son’s hair cut.
