I really appreciate that they are very flexible with appointment times. I was able to bring both of my young daughters in at the same time. The environment was so inviting and entertaining for them (2 y/o and 4 y/o). The staff was very patient and worked so well with two very wiggly toddlers.

There was no other customers in the salon when I took my two year old and he hasn’t liked haircuts lately and so the 3 girls that were working that day all helped so we could get through the haircut. Will be back again!

This was our first time @ Pigtails & Crewcuts. My little guy is 18 months & VERY active!! I was worried that he would sit & we could auctally get his hair cut. Megan was Awesome!! She was even able to use clippers & his cut turned out Adorable!!! The whole concept of your salon is Fabulous! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Our stylist was amazing and did very well with our son for his 1st haircut. She suggested some products to help us manage his cradle crap and it has worked great! Will be going again in the future.

The staff was very helpful and kind to our grandsons, who are 6 and 9, when we stopped in. They asked for input to make sure we were satisfied, and made changes when asked. The shop was very kid friendly, and the boys each got to choose a prize when done. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a great experience!! My daughter loved sitting in the airplane seat. The stylist was really great at working with kids, even ones who moved around a lot.

My daughter's first haircut was awesome! I did not catch the name of the stylist that cut her hair, but she made the experience fun and exciting for my wife and I, as well as for our daughter. During our appointment, I was informed that they do mani/pedis, so will definitely be returning to spoil my little princess. Thank you again.
